If you are checking in a laptop, we require you to provide us with your charging cable before accepting your machine into the support center. If you do not have the correct cable in your possession, we ask that you bring it to us before completing this form.
We are not allowed to accept your laptop without the associated charger, so we ask that you return to this checkin station after bringing in your charger.
